Private Detective Hamilton Hornee is hired to find the lost child of explorers killed by natives 15 years ago. The child would inherit her father's multi-million-dollar estate if alive. Hornee leads an expedition to find her, accompanied by Jane, Max and Doris Matthews, Tender Lee, and Stanley Livingston, a zoologist searching for the elusive Nabucco, a great white gorilla. The party is led by Kenya Adler, a former hunter and explorer with a drinking problem, into the hands of the feared Meshpokas tribe, ruled by the lost child, Algona.
