On a sun-baked island, a group of four employees from Island Fisheries arrive to negotiate fishing rights with the island's reclusive and fearful residents. However, their mission is quickly derailed when a long-imprisoned terror is unleashed, brutally killing the island's women. As rival factions vie for control, the outsiders are imprisoned. They escape, but with a ruthless mob in pursuit, they must reach the boat before it's too late. Ultimately, they face off against the terrifying force that has taken over the island.
