In a 24-hour period, Fausto and Jesus, two undocumented Mexican day-laborers in L.A., navigate their daily struggles to find work and earn a living. As they stand on the corner of a Home Improvement Store, waiting for job opportunities, they receive a well-paid assignment, a rare break from their usual low wages. However, Jesus arrives at the job carrying a shotgun in his backpack, adding an unexpected layer of tension to their daily routine.
