Amartya Rao, a simple man, lives with his father and brother until he gets entangled with extortionists who target poor vendors. Sent to prison, Amartya befriends Nari Khan, a smuggler, who helps him overcome adversity. Upon release, Amartya is recruited by politician Bhau, but soon forms his own gang, earning notoriety.
