In Antwerp, 22-year-old Marie, a world-class runner, is struggling with discontent. After being diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome, she's forced to halt her training for a month. There, she meets Bobby, an archer, and they start a romance. When Bobby invites her to recover with him at West Bank, a mysterious and isolated residential complex, Marie's mother disapproves. As Marie's health deteriorates, she uncovers disturbing secrets about the building's cellar and the disappearance of the previous tenant, a woman whose boyfriend eventually visits, leaving Marie to wonder what's really going on.
