A scientist returns from Africa after being presumed dead, bringing with him a secret to rapidly growing plants and animals to enormous sizes. He uses this technology to nurture a giant chimpanzee, named Konga, to eliminate his enemies, but the beast soon grows out of control, wreaking havoc on London.
