Three friends embark on a road trip from Illinois to LA, where they purchase a seemingly great deal on a house in the Hollywood Hills. Despite a mysterious warning from a Spanish-speaking stranger, they move in and plan a party, unaware of the dark forces lurking beneath their new home. As the night unfolds, their guests meet a gruesome end, and the friends begin to suspect that their beautiful neighbor Lucy and her friends may not be what they seem.
