Jai falls deeply in love with Neha at first sight, but his attempts to win her over are unsuccessful. After a failed suicide attempt, Neha finally reciprocates his feelings. However, Jai soon discovers that Neha is the daughter of a criminal who owes 60 million to an underworld don. Determined to be with Neha, Jai decides to rob a bank to get the money, but his plan goes awry and he is trapped by a computer hacker named Vikram.
