In this animated comedy, a pig named W.C. Squeals falls through the ice and is rescued by a Saint Bernard dog who has a flask of drink on hand. Squeals tries to get his own hands on the drink by faking his own fall, but the dog outsmarts him. Undeterred, Squeals concocts a plan to use a magnet to retrieve the drink, but it ends up getting stuck around a fish who has been drinking from the dog's cask. The drunken fish causes chaos, including dunking another skater and pulling Squeals into an ice-skating contest, where his antics win him first prize.
