A group of friends, including Mitzy and her boyfriend Bobby, attend a slumber party at Mitzy's house while her parents are away. The night starts with fun and games, but soon turns deadly when the friends call upon the legend of Bloody Mary, a vengeful spirit said to appear in mirrors. As the night descends into chaos, the friends are stalked and killed one by one, with Bloody Mary appearing in every mirror in the house. With no escape from the murderous spirit, the only way to survive is to be a virgin, but it seems that no one at the party meets this criteria, leaving them all doomed.
