Bend of the River

Two men with troubled histories, Glyn McLyntock and his companion Cole, guide a group of settlers from Missouri to the Oregon territory, establishing a new community outside Portland. As winter approaches, McLyntock and Cole must embark on a perilous journey to retrieve supplies and food being withheld by corrupt officials in Portland. However, Cole's true intentions are revealed when he orchestrates a mutiny, diverting the supplies to a lucrative gold mining camp.
