In this comedy, two American mobsters, Gino and Settimo, seek refuge in a Glasgow café owned by their Scottish-Italian cousin Roberto. However, they soon discover that Roberto is not the tough guy they expected, instead excelling in fish frying and stamp collecting. When a debt collector threatens Roberto's property, Gino and Settimo try to protect him, but their aggressive methods only alarm him and reveal their true identities as mobsters.
