TV Funhouse background

TV Funhouse

Doug and his friends, the "Anipals", bring laughter and excitement with animated shorts, humorous videos, and zany clips.

The TV show is a spin-off of SNL's TV Funhouse cartoons, hosted by Doug Dale. The set is designed to resemble a non-computerized Blue's Clues, where Doug picks a daily theme (such as Caveman Day, Western Day, or Spaceman Day) and encourages his animal puppets, known as "Anipals", to participate. However, the Anipals often get into chaotic situations, leaving Doug alone on the set. The show also features Robert Smigel's cartoons and mock educational films.
