The tables have turned for Ludwig Kessler, a ruthless Gestapo officer, as the Allies defeat the Third Reich, marking the end of his unyielding reign of terror.

In the aftermath of World War II, Gestapo officer Ludwig Kessler, a ruthless hunter of Nazi opponents, is forced to flee as a war criminal accused of torturing and executing numerous victims. With a fortune, he starts a new life as a businessman, hoping for another fascist rise to power. In Paraguay, he establishes a neo-fascist colony, seeking a prominent role. Meanwhile, Albert Foiret and his former colleagues from Lifeline pursue Kessler.
