Cooper's Treasure

Gordon Cooper, a NASA astronaut in the 1960s, captured over a hundred photos of "anomalies" along the Caribbean coast during his missions. Believing they were sunken ships, including Christopher Columbus' lost fleet, Cooper thought these photos could serve as a map to uncovering the lost treasure now resting on the ocean floor. Despite his passing, Cooper left his long-held secret and treasure map to a close friend. The series follows a group of treasure hunters as they dive into sites photographed by Cooper 50 years ago from space, hoping to uncover the secrets of the sea.
