Independent filmmaker Caveh Zahedi creates a film for a Middle Eastern Biennial on the theme of "art as a subversive act". He makes fun of the Sheik, who finances the Biennial, despite being told not to. His antics, which include highlighting culturally sensitive issues, fail to impress and his film is banned for blasphemy.
