A mischievous mouse in a yellow hat makes off with what he believes is a massive chunk of cheese from a bakery, only to discover it's actually a rum cake, leaving him tipsy. The next morning, he's plagued by a hangover, exacerbated by the sounds of construction nearby. Desperate for relief, he grabs an ice pack, unaware it's the priceless Sunflame Diamond, attracting the attention of two bumbling policemen tasked with solving the "theft" of the jewel.
