In Afghanistan, a skilled soldier Andrew Briggman joins the US troops. After his sergeant's arrogant mistake leads to his death, a seasoned veteran sergeant Deeks takes charge and transforms the team into a formidable force. Deeks earns respect and fear, but also fuels rivalries among the soldiers, especially for promotions.
