In a small town, a group of privileged teenagers, including the police chief's son Jordan, enjoy exploiting local girls and recording their exploits on video. When one of them tries to report their activities to the authorities, he's pushed, but the incident is staged as an accident. The girl who witnessed the incident is threatened to keep quiet, and soon her car is sabotaged and ecstasy is planted in her locker, leading to her arrest. One of the teens turns against his friends and agrees to testify against them, but he's soon involved in a "car accident" that leaves him alive. As the investigation unfolds, the police chief is forced to confront his own loyalty and the darkness within his son.
