In Paris, a determined police inspector named Mangin uses his tactics to gather evidence against three Tunisian brothers involved in drug trafficking. He arrests one of the brothers, Simon, and his girlfriend Noria, who is later released by their lawyer. However, Noria steals 2 million francs belonging to the brothers, putting her and the lawyer's lives at risk.
