After graduating from high school, Ryan is forced to move away from his girlfriend Cinta without confessing his love. Cinta longs to hear the words that will solidify their relationship. When Ryan dies in an accident, he begs the angel of death for three more days to tell Cinta he loves her. He then takes on the body of an unconscious man, Doni, in the hospital. Cinta struggles to accept Doni as Ryan, while also rejecting Ivan's affections. To prove his identity, Doni must navigate a series of challenges.
