On a North Carolina island, a group of Komodo Dragons, born from eggs dumped on the beach in the 1970s, have grown into a dominant force. Twenty years later, a traumatized Patrick returns to the island with his therapist Victoria, who is skeptical about the Dragons' existence. However, as the group faces the deadly creatures, they must fight for survival and confront their fears to escape the island alive.
