The film tells the story of Angelo Vassallo, a fisherman and mayor whose life was tragically cut short by seven gunshots on September 5, 2010. Twelve years prior, Angelo was driven to take action by the rampant degradation and neglect plaguing his country, prompting him to take a personal stand.
