Gumby and his rock band, The Clayboys, decide to hold a benefit concert for farmers who are struggling to pay their debts and facing eviction. However, their plan is disrupted when the evil Blockheads, who are responsible for delivering the eviction notices, attend the concert and kidnap Gumby's dog Lowbelly to exploit his unique ability to cry pearls when he hears the band's music live. The Blockheads' goal is to use Lowbelly's pearls to make a profit, but their plan is ultimately foiled when they realize that the dog's tears can only be induced by hearing the music live, leading them to kidnap the band members themselves.
