Frenchman's Creek

Lady Dona St. Columb leaves behind the constraints of London's high society and finds solace in her family's Cornish estate, where she encounters a charming French adventurer.

Lady Dona, a headstrong and beautiful woman, flees the stifling court society of 17th Century London with her two young children to her family's secluded estate on the Cornish coast. She meets a dashing French privateer, Jean Aubrey, who sweeps her off her feet and into a world of sea-bound adventure. Together, they conceive a daring plan to steal a ship, outraging the English authorities who try to trap the French pirate.
