Industrialist Bryant's new atomic ray destroys a mysterious Martian spacecraft that was spying on his plant. The only survivor, Mota from Mars, enlists Bryant's help in a plan to impose a supreme dictator on Earth, claiming it's for the planet's own good. However, their attempt to steal uranium is thwarted by Kent Fowler of Fowler Air Patrol, who takes on the villains single-handedly in a series of fist-fights and crashes.
