In the late 1980s, a sorority at Sun State University in Tampa, Florida, continued a long-standing tradition, but their Spring Break celebration took a deadly turn when a prank went horribly wrong. A group of sisters, including Marissa Chambers, who was deemed too young to be part of the group, were targeted in a prank that ended in Marissa's fatal burning during a ceremonial burning of the House Mother dummy. The incident was initially thought to be an accident, but as more sisters died, it became clear that a serial killer was on the loose, possibly seeking revenge against the sorority.
