A massive financial crisis is predicted by Si-hyun, a monetary policy manager at the Bank of Korea, but her warnings are ignored by the Director. As the crisis unfolds, Jung-hak, a financial consultant, notices Korea's sudden loss of foreign funds and realizes the country's credit rating has plummeted. He quits his job and secretly gathers investors to prepare for the impending disaster. Meanwhile, Gap-su, a small business owner, signs a lucrative contract with a department store, unaware of the looming financial catastrophe. As the country teeters on the brink of bankruptcy, those who try to prevent the crisis, those who seek to profit from it, and those trying to protect their livelihoods are all caught in the chaos.
